PRIVACY NOTICE Your privacy and trust are very important to Official Ticket Center SA de CV (hereinafter "The Agency"). Therefore, we want to ensure that you understand how we safeguard the integrity, privacy, and protection of your personal data, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Federal Gazette on July 5, 2010, the regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the "Regulations"), and the Privacy Notice Guidelines published in the Official Federal Gazette on January 17, 2013 (hereinafter the "Guidelines"), and other applicable provisions.
I. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY. Official Ticket Center is a company with a variable capital corporation, established under the laws of the United Mexican States, with its registered office at Avenida Cancún, Manzana 1, Lote 1 Interior 31B, Región 501, C.P. 77533, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
II. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. The Agency will collect information (personal data) either (I) directly or (II) through its agents, promoters, commission agents, or business partners, concerning users, workers, suppliers, and data subjects who consent and authorize in this privacy notice that the personal data they provide or make known to The Agency, whether their own or belonging to a third party, will be used for the following primary purposes: which are necessary for the proper provision of services. These personal data, by way of example and not limitation, include the following information:
III. PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED. To carry out the purposes mentioned above, the following categories of personal data will be processed: a. Identification Data: full name, address, phone number, signature, federal taxpayer registration (RFC), unique population registry code (CURP), email address, place and date of birth, marital status, names of family members, dependents, and beneficiaries, social media account addresses, social security number, account numbers, credit bureau, photographs, proof of address, official identification, passport, proof of studies, letters of recommendation, weeks contributed to Infonavit. In case of foreigners, documents verifying legal status in the country and migration status.
IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA. The personal data of users, workers, suppliers, and data subjects will be protected at all times in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, fairness, proportionality, and responsibility, as established in the law mentioned above, to ensure that users, clients, workers, and suppliers can trust that their personal data will be safeguarded and that in case of misuse, there will be consequences.
V. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA. By accepting this privacy notice, The Agency is expressly authorized to transfer your personal data as it deems necessary for the provision of services both within and outside of Mexico. The Agency commits to making its best efforts to ensure that all legal protection principles related to the transfer of personal data are followed. It also expresses its commitment to ensuring that the terms of this privacy notice are respected at all times by us, our business partners, and third parties contracted by The Agency.
VI. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE. The Agency reserves the right to modify, expand, or change this privacy notice. Any changes or modifications to the content described here will be communicated to users, workers, and suppliers as we occasionally update this privacy notice. Significant changes will be communicated through The Agency’s website https://officialticketcenter.com.mx. We recommend periodically reviewing this privacy notice to stay informed about how we protect the information we collect.
VII. PROCEDURES TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS. You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, for what purposes we use it, and the conditions under which it is used (Access). You may also request to correct your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request its deletion from our records or databases, after the legal blocking period if applicable, when you believe your personal data is not being used in accordance with applicable laws (Cancellation); or oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes authorized by law (Opposition). These rights are internationally known as "ARCO Rights."
VIII. REVOCATION OF CONSENT. As the data subject, you can revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. However, please note the following: the procedures and requirements to verify your identity for revocation will follow the same criteria mentioned in section VII. If your request is valid, the Agency will register it in its exclusion list and will cease processing the data for the relevant purpose.
IX. OPTIONS TO LIMIT THE USE, DISCLOSURE, OR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA. You may limit the use, disclosure, or collection of your personal data by sending an email to contacto@officialticketcenter.com.mx. If your request is valid, it will be registered in the Agency's exclusion list, and as a result, the processing of your personal data will cease for the purpose for which the exclusion applies.
X. JURISDICTION. For the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement, the Holder expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Laws of Cancún, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them for any reason.
